Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Documented proof soon to come from Regions bank that, I have not been late on my maintenance fees and have live her now 26 years!!! I have documented proof coming by mail. Resource property management PO Box 20270, Miami , Florida 33102-0270.. Resolution Sought Late fees paid back including: demand letter fee-certified fyi- i am not even late per: Annette: electronic online @3:07pm on 8/26/2024....with regions bank...their charging you late fees and you are not late?? March 3, 2024 $ 481.68 was credited without any form of call, documents etc... $ 25.00 charges each month said charging me late fees when you are not even late??? "Quote " they need to get their act together you are not even behind in payments!!
