Received email from Medicare end of August on recall on Philips CPAP (#20210827013242) We have called a number of times only to be the recall was so massive they couldn't say when it would be replaced was suppose to get letter never did. Also tried Verus can not provide information Philips 877-907-7508. Verus 1-800-487-5566 these machines are very important to the user but seems theres no hurry to replace Resolution Sought I want q replacement for machine that cant be used at n charge should not have to wait this ling for equipment that is so important to so many people

Philips Reperonics had issued a recall on its' Dream Stattion BPAPs due to the potentia; health hazard caused by material in construction of the medical device. Philips sent me a replacement device as set forth in its recall. However, the machine I got lacked an appropriate modem, which makes it useless. Until I get the proper modem, I am forced to use my old machine, presenting a hazard to my health. I have been calling Philips for a month, identifying the problem and asking for resolution. To date, I have gotten no response from Philips. Resolution Sought I would like them to supply me with the appropriate medem for the replacement machine so that I can use it.
