I had an account to work on a resume. And I canceled the account on September 17 2023 and in November I started receiving charges again. I have called there support they say they see where I had a account and canceled it but said they don't see any further charges and directed me to email support@resumegenius.com so I did and it would take days or weeks to get a response I sent them a picture of my bank statement showing the charges but cannot get any help to resolve the issue threw email they say to call there number and when I call they say to email support@ resume genius .com. I have made several attempts at calling there number and also numerous emails and I cannot get any answers or resolution. All I want is refunded charges for after my cancellation I have a confirmation email also from when I canceled the account. Resolution Sought Refund charges from November 2023 threw January 2024

For the past few years there is the amount of 36 dollars coming out of my account every month I have no clue who you people and and when I go on the site t I don't even have account with you. I will be contacting a lawyer because I have never heard of this site. Ive tryed to stop payment through my bank but each month the amount changes.i want my couple hundreds of Dollars back. Resolution Sought Give my money back.
