Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Used them to make cover letter and resume to hurt for a job. Over charged monthly free (charged me twice in a month, in Oct. 2024. Called and canceled prescription after charging me twice in a month. And they still charged me again this month. They said the over charged fee does no show up on their system, and neither does this months charge. Resolution Sought Refund the overcharged fees.

Approximately 19 months ago I created a resume on line through the Resume Now website. There was a total of 19 payments of $23.85 taken out of my checking account. I was told I would have my refund in 14 business days. I received 4 refunds of $23.85 placed into my account. I have been calling Resume Now for the past three weeks, only to be told my case is still under review. When I ask to speak to someone in a higher position or in the corporate office, I am told corporate has no phone number and can't be reached by anyone except the representative that answers the phone. This raised a red flag for me. Resolution Sought I would like my remaining refund that is due me of $357.75 placed back into my bank account.
