Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Someone ordered resumehelp from my email I am a disabled senior and never made this request. I tried to speak with them and was told they could not refund my money I do not work and do not need a resume the company did inform me that the service would be cancelled cancellation # 169070948 but I can't be refunded and I need my money if there is anyway you can I appreciate it thanking you in advance Resolution Sought Is for reimbursement please
