Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Was asked to confirm my address by them via reading my address. Asking if I lived there yes or no. I'm a domestic violence victim this is unsettling. This should have been handled differently. I should have been asked to give my address and then they would confirm if that is what they have on file. This company is giving out addresses with no regard for the personal safety of the intended recipient. Then they will proceed to give out personal info based on the address THEY provided. This is not ok and not safe business practice. Resolution Sought Please have them ask the customer to give their address and confirm it is what they have on file. Otherwise last 4 of social and dob should be used.
