Pulled credit then said I couldn't trade my car in without even knowing who I was or anything. They said oh we will call you back then texted me. Completely unprofessional and rude. Resolution Sought To call the credit bureau and have their inquiry removed from my report as I didn't get any product from them. They should have English speaking staff as well.

Hi this was our response to the request the customer initiated The inquiryand filled out the application online .attached is our response. This is regarding your request for us to remove your inquiry from your credit report information You need to be aware of this: If you did not have permission or consent or authorization to your significant others or your husband or boyfriend. He is responsible of this matter. my suggestion is first get all that information regarding this matter we have text emails drivers license were sended to us directly from your boyfriend. If you want to address this matter , before contacting (FCRA) talk to your partner or you will get him in trouble with out a doubt.
