I hired this company for property management rental of my home in Peachtree City and I paid the dues required to start the initiation. Throughout the process. They have added extra fees to my bill without my permission and even while I declined the services they still had the services provided. I have reached out via multiple calls and emails without reply to phone calls. I have also received confidential information regarding other clients. Due to our names being the same. I would just like to be able to speak with someone in the company regarding my bill and additional fees. Resolution Sought I would like to not be harassed via the owner of the company via text and I would like someone to speak to me about the bill rather than just me texting me and threatening me with additional charges

I have offered to meet with Ms. Wilson, she was just insisting that I call her on a weekend when we were closed, which I couldn't do. If she wants to setup an appointment to speak on the phone, I sent her the information to do that, and I'm happy to meet with her once she schedules. We haven't charged any fees other than those she agreed to, so I'm not sure what the issues could be.

On the weekend that the company is referring to, I received 10 text messages back and forth from the owner I asked him could he call me instead of texting me and he told me I could call him the following Monday but he continued to text me. So how am I able to ask about the fees that I know nothing about, If you're just corresponding with me via text? I also have a receipt of those texts still in my phone

I'm honestly perplexed by her response. I gave her a link to schedule a phone call or Zoom meeting weeks ago. She still hasn't scheduled a call to this day. If she has any questions about any expenses, she is welcome to setup a call appointment, or she can continue to ask questions by text or email. We are more than happy to answer her questions, and it seems awfully odd that she's submitting this complaint rather than just asking the questions that we are happy to answer.
