Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I called Skechers Customer Service number 800-746-3411 and was told there was a problem with the line at that time but Jessica said she had $100 gift certificate at the Redemption Center for use at various stores. I questioned many times about what the catch was as it sounded too good to be true but did give her my name and address. When she wanted my bank information, I told her I was not interested. When I called the Skechers number again, I was able to talk with a human being who had no knowledge of the Redemption Center taking over the previous call. I don't understand how to Redemption Center was able to take over the first call but obviously it is a scam. Resolution Sought I want this business to be shut down and for it to be investigated in terms of who has been scammed and what money was illegally obtained. Ideally shutting down there business to protect other consumers would be ideal in addition to understanding how they were able to hijack a call to Skechers Customer Service.
