Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. 12 days ago, these people said my check was mailed, which, of course, by obvious reasons was a deception. Mail from Philadelphia to northern Virginia does not take 13 days now. When I called, they said y law, if check is not received by next week? They get to reissue a new check, and NOT certified return receipt. They make their money by holding on to MY money. The longer they hold it? The more money they make. Corporate greed here at it's finest Resolution Sought My check, cut again, if it was ever cut, sent certified return receipt immediately
