In November 2023 we purchased & had installed a Rheem Air Conditioning System for our home. In September of 2025 the system failed due to a defective coil and drain. Parts were covered under warranty, but I were required to pay for labor and installation which cost $378.80. On December 18, 2025 the system failed again due to exactly the same HVAC problem!! Rheem is refusing to pay for installation of new HVAC coil which has again begun to leak and AC no longer system no longer is working. Cost of labor to install new parts which is $302.25. I feel under the fact that HVAC parts failed again after 3 months that the company should cover all costs. I should not be responsible for replacing defective parts that fail every 3 months. I feel that Rheem should take responsibility for their products. Resolution Sought I would like Rheem to pay for full cost of this replacement including labor & installation. If they have quality products they should not fail every 3 months!!!
