This company paid me $7000 to move out of my house but the mortgage is still in my name. The deal was that at any point they didn't pay the mortgage the house would go back to me. They did not pay it for three months and that put me in default. In turn, made my credit score go down and I can't get into a new house because the lender's are saying I can't afford two houses which I no longer have the first house. I have been out of there for a year since 12/12/20. They have fines for not cutting the grass and have not paid the water bill that is my name that I didn't even do because I don't reside at that residence and it is messing up my name and my credit. I was totally mislead and taken advantage of and did not know what I was signing. Resolution Sought I want out of that bogus contract they had me sign and take the house out of my name, buy the house the correct way, pay off the mortgage and the HELOC.
