What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. Complaint filed; meeting arranged with respective Property/Regional Manager. All concerns were amicably addressed.

I filed a complaint against Richman Properties ("the Business") with Business Consumer Alliance ("BCA"). This complaint was amicably resolved with the Business. The Business arranged a meeting between the Property Manager, the Regional Manager and myself to address all problems and concerns. They went over every aspect of my new lease and made certain that all of these concerns were addressed. To this end, I thank the Business very much for their professional courtesy and cooperation in this regard.
