Con Man
0Ask Barton Gleave on SLC about his investment in an offshore precious metals mining operation (alleged value .6 billion) Or better yet, ask convicted bank defrauder and former Davis First National Bank about legal advice of Rick Dane Moore to write nominee loans, and his collateral; $4,2 million dollars worth of rubies he took as collateral, and turned out worthless. Or invested in his scheme to turn straw into lumber. The guy is selling sham investments, most recently is his endeavors in the crypto industry, which authorities estimate 89%of LCO's are scam. It naturally has attracted Rick Dane Moore, who has numerous brands he has launched (apparently imitative of other companies) which have been rejected by the state securities commission as an exempt and they will not approve his request for a no action letter. (Pay>Trax, Buffalotraks.com, e-coup, white buffalo token, and INFCA are all Moore's brands, some still existent, others revoked or no longer in existence. INFCA had it's charitable status revoked, the redacted document shows the IRS audited Moore's scams at the same time that the FDIC discovered the nominee loan scams. https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-wd/1037039.pdf There is no end to it. If you give money thinking you are going to make money on your investment, you are mistaken. Your diligence will turn up so much more reasons to avoid doing business here, like a Lichtenstein account, which is the best place in the world to hide your money from you. .
