The store manager has taken it upon herself to take away my rights.
As I was beginning to write about my experience at one of your locations I began to tear up. The reason I will never step foot in the Ricker's located on the corner of Emerson and East Washington Street is because your store manager has taken it upon herself to take away my rights. I gave no thought of having any negative reaction from your store manager for simply asking if my friend whom I know personally for 50 cents to add with my 50 cents so i can get gas to mow my lawn. I have never been so disrespected and embarrassed from a prejudice manager who showed no restraint and never apologize, even when she knew she was in the wrong. In fact she even followed me out into the parking lot to continue her unmanageable disrespectful and condescending rant. She called me " panhandler" and told me " never to ask her customers for money. I WAS a customer so she made no sense to me. I told her i knew the person but your employee as one of your chosen Managers never said she was sorry. I am 100 sure that your corporate structure in 1979 never passed down into there employee manuals to pick and choose whom they deem a paying or not paying customer which I have chosen never to step back into your store. And I would just like an apology from your current manager at the Ricker location on Emerson and East Washington. Her name on her employee name tag id Michelle.
