purchased a Ricoh DTG Machine in January of 2024, after numerous phone calls form sales reps from November of 2023 to January 2024. Company didn't ship my item till i called, sales reps said they tried calling. first printer arrived mid Feb, dtg machine didn't work at all. after numerous attempts to get ahold of tech support i decided to call sales and get transferred to speak to someone. after numerous failed attempts and numerous extra expenses to "find" the issue i asked if i could return the item since i never used it. ricoh refused even though machine was non operating . after numerous attempts to send it back company said will give me a new machine. February and march i couldn't run my business due to my new investment not working . by the end of may i received the second machine and after weeks of going back and forth with tech support i was ill informed of certain aspects that was not addressed while owning a dtg machine one being humanity being a huge factor.so by the time i received the second machine i had a better understanding Do's/ Don't. right away the second machine had issues with the touch screen not one but 2 touch screens didn't work, tech support asked me to bring a electrician to see if its anything in my house hold which it wasn't and then i was sent a link to buy this another product in order to get this machine to work properly. as of today now its having senor issues and i need to reboot this almost daily in order for it to work for a hour or 2. Resolution Sought Since I'm under warranty be rid of my contract and issue a full refund along with money I lost buying this machine in order to fulfill orders, that I now have to use a second party.
