I went to Ride Time Auto Finance to get a car I decided on a 2017 Chevy Sonic on 03/30/2023 and I was thinking about what happened with my 4000 dollar that I have a receipt for. So I'm looking at the paperwork and noticed that in stead of ride time taken the payment off it was added to bring my bill even higher to where I brought a car for 10,000 in which the total came out to 22,381 dollars. I need help immediately. Resolution Sought To do a total different agreement with the correct amount on my loan and I have a better price and I also think since I have been paying on this loan. Ride Time should pay additional payments that were not done right at beginning of purchase.

Attached are the bill of sale and first page of the retail installment contract. The amount Ms. Cross is financing from the bank is $11,149.08. Any additional amount owed it due to paying interest, which is common with not only car loans, but any loan in general. We do not see any problem with the agreement between Ride Time and Ms. Cross.

On 12/26/2022 I was browsing online for a vehicle & came across Ride Time Auto Finance website, seen a vehicle I wanted, 2016 Chevy Impala Lt. Their asking price was $14,999 with 81,174 miles on the vehicle, I took the vin number they have online of the vehicle, 2G1115S33G9121510, & used Kelly Blue Book to get a price of how much the vehicle is worth, the asking price was $9,933 to maximum $12,192. I've went back online today, 12/27/2022 & did my inquiry on the vehicle & put in the comments that I would like to drive off with the vehicle between $7,500 & $10,900. A woman name Lauren messaged me & denied it saying that they have no vehicle under 10K. When I asked again this time saying $10,900 to $11,500 she again denied. Resolution Sought I would like to still get the vehicle financed at the reasonable price that i found fair.

While we are open to negotiations regarding the prices of our vehicles, you are asking for a discount of $4,000. If you search for similar year Impalas in the market, you will see ours was priced competively. We are not able to sell you this vehicle for $4,000 under our advertised price. You are asking us to lose money on this deal, which is not something we are willing to do.

That's not a deal. I spoken to others about that vehicle, I even ran the vin # on that vehicle for a more correct price even from a dealership & you guys are the only dealers that is over priced, which is not a fair nor good deal for any customer & would be subjected to money back or if something happened to the vehicle in a customers possession & it's not worth anything, like a total lost accident, you guys would take a more massive lost by court because the vehicle is not valued correctly. If there is no modification to the vehicle then it shouldn't cost the same as a newer vehicle. Can you justify what your using to value it at such a high price? If not, it needs to be dropped.
