So I have a 2021 Polaris xp turbo 2sester I purchased brand new in 21 purchase the ext. warranty from the dealership Richmond Motorsport in ky I had an engine failure on Memorial Day weekend 2023 vehicle has under 2000 miles I towed the vehicle home loaded it on a trailer an took it to the toy store in thornville Ohio the inspected the machine an found it spun a piston rod bearing said that failure cased extensive motor damage an filed a claim with riders advantage for a new crate motor cost of 8,000.00 the warranty company took 2 months to resolve it an said they will only cover the parts that failed not what those parts destroyed in the motor an only approved 2,700.00 for this meaning I'm responsible for the remainder of the cost an if I choose to not pay the remainder an just have the dealership fix what warranty company approved my warranty would be void if further failure happened. Resolution Sought I would like my machine fixed right an be covered for the remainder of my agreement with riders advantage.
