I had a roof replaced or according to them only part of my roof replaced. My incident was in fact an insurance claim. The roof started to leak several months after it was replaced. They claimed that they repaired it but it was not where they had replaced it. Upon a second look meaning someone really looked at it. The roof is still leaking. Due to them putting it off and saying that it was repaired and not truly repairing it. I now have major damage that they refuse to repair. It is my understanding this is not an isolated incident their are other in my neighborhood that used the same company. Also to date I have been waiting for over a year and begging to get the gutters back on my house that they took off and never replaced. I used this company on the recommendation of my insurance to insure that the work would be done right. I serious hope that someone will look into this company before they do further damage to other's properties l. Resolution Sought Problems to be repaired and put in good working order without having to pay another expensive bill for work that's not up to code.

Ms. Jenkins can not communicate with us respectfully. Every single time she calls our office she screams and curses. Everything I am about to explain to you below we have attempted to explain to Ms. Jenkins several times but she will not let us speak as she screams, curses, and threatens us. She has done this to everyone in our office multiple times.We feel threatened, harassed, and disrespected by Ms. Jenkins. That is not how we conduct business and can provide infinite references that are in agreement with that statement. We will not agree to comply with Ms. Jenkins requests at any capacity and that is one reason why. We did replace only part of her roof. It was the entire front slope. The incident was an insurance claim. Her insurance company only paid to replace the front slope. If Ms. Jenkins had replaced the back slope of her roof it would have been an out of pocket expense. In fact, Ms. Jenkins' exact words when our owner, Kyle, was explaining to her that they were only paying for the front were, "That's fine I can't wait for the back to leak so I can call my insurance and tell them they should have replaced the back slope too." Ms. Jenkins called us on September 3rd 2024 at 2:53 PM and told us that her roof was leaking. She stated it was in the back bedroom. We sent our roofer to her home to inspect the leak. He inspected our work on the front slope and found no workmanship or material issues. He inspected the back slope of the roof which is where Ms. Jenkins stated the leak was coming from and where we have never performed any services. He found several rusted nails backing out of roof vents, pipe flanges, and a gas vent. All on the back slope where we have done no work. While he was there he applied clear roofing silicone to these areas in an attempt to prevent more water from coming in. We attempted to call Ms. Jenkins several times to let her know of our findings and what we did in an attempt to temporarily fix it. We planned to tell her how it could be permanently repaired and what that would cost. My roofing coordinator attempted to call her on September 4th 2024 which is when the temporary repair was performed and my office manager attempted to call her again on September 5th at 3:23PM. She never answered and her phone does not have a voicemail set up. I am attaching the before and after photos of this instance below. This must have fixed her leak for a while because we didn't hear from her until she called us back screaming on September 24th at 9:19 AM. We again attempted to explain all of this to her. She kept telling us that we did replace her whole roof and that we were going to fix it for free. Again, cursing, screaming, and hanging up on us. We did not hear from her again until December 30, 2024. She called to tell us the roof was leaking in a different place and it was not on the back. We sent our roofer out again. When he got there she was there. He got on the roof to find the same concerns he found when he was there in September. Ms. Jenkins then got hostile and began screaming and cursing at him. He was concerned about his safety and called us and asked what he should do and we instructed him to leave. She called us as he left and I answered the phone. I was once again trying to explain to her why we could not fix this for free as she was once again screaming into the phone and that is when she threatened me with her lawyer and told me to go f**k myself. If the roof is still leaking and more damage has been caused this is due to Ms. Jenkins negligence. We did not refuse to fix the roof. We temporarily repaired it at no charge to her and would have given her an estimate to repair had she given us an opportunity. We can not agree to fix a roof for free when we did not install it and we can not work with someone who only screams, threatens, and curses at us. She states in her letter that we claimed we repaired it. We never made that claim. We told her we made a temporary repair attempt. We did not charge her. We normally would have charged $150 for this exact temporary repair attempt.She claims in her letter that "Upon a second attempt meaning someone actually looking at it'. It was well inspected twice, both times by our roofer of 5 years. We sent him out immediately both times when she called. As she referenced in her letter we have multiple customers on her street and in her neighborhood and hundreds of customers that would be happy to give you raving reviews of our company and our customer service. I suppose the other person she may be trying to refer to is her mother, Sherry Cox, who lives down the road at 159 Dowdy Drive. We did a roof repair for her on 01/08/2024. Ms. Cox paid for her roof repair and we have had no complaints from her. Ms. Jenkins has received more than what she has paid Ridgeline Exteriors, LLC to do. I think the more you look into our company as she requested you will find the issues that Ms. Jenkin's issues are not the fault of Ridgeline
