Paid off my granddaughters glasses had 300.00 left for a refund l only received 150.00 in the mail with no explanation why I received my full refund. Call and left 6 messages in a 2 month period. Talk with someone there was informed that I owed a co pay why wasn't I informed about my copay properly which I'm sure I don't owe Resolution Sought Give me the rest of my refund
