Customer Complaint

Purchase parts for UTV, The parts arrived and failed within a minimum amount of 75 miles. Company would not honor warranty Resolution Sought Refund and take junk parts back

Customer refused to send pictures of parts that "failed" so we could take the next step in the warranty process. Customer also is attempting to sell the parts on multiple social media platforms, claiming them to be in perfect shape. All contact with the customer has been documented, to include his for sale posts.

That absolutely makes no sense, I sent they all kinds of pics, I even said I would send product back and get refund and that's when whoever was msging me stopped responding and blocked me. They are plenty of other on the net complaining about same thing.

We still haven't received anything from the customer, including the completed warranty form. Customer has tried to sell the parts in question multiple times on social media and we have screen shots and documentation of the same. Customer has also made it a point to libel us on various forms of social media with no proof. We have contacted our attorney and will take appropriate action from here on out.
