Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

My husband and I have a vehicle loan through them. We cane into hardship had to move and could longer afford the car. We voluntarily turned the car which took two weeks and five phone calls to be put it there system. They finally came and got the car which is no longer in our possession and we have spoken to them almost everyday multiple times a day. They are harassing our references 15x a day with phone calls saying they are looking to speak with my husband who they literally talk to everyday. The phone calls are truly beyond harassment at this point we have called and begged them to stop but they won't. Every person that answers the phone is extremely rude and not willing to help. Resolution Sought Stop calling our references 15x a day
