I hired them to come in a do an estimate on a clogged toilet.and they sent out 2 men to get the estimate. And the guy jose called me and said how much he was going to charge..and I told him to go ahead and go and I will reach out to them again..But when I got home the toilet was running over leaving raw sewage on my floor and it went under my daughter's bedroom door.And got on her box springs and my daughter grabbed 8 towels and attempted to clean it up.and I was on the phone with Hailey upset and mad..she said we will send someone out to look at it. I said ok but don't send the same guys..and when they arrived it was the same guys. He wanted to run our credit to see if we get approved so they can fix the toilet..and it did not go through..He said they can't do anything about the sewage in my house.So he then told me how to work on the toilet..so I got it unstuck.I called today talked to a lady who said she is the manager and she took down my complaint again..They called me back and said they can not help us with our damages..And now I'm filing this complaint.. This is really bad to do to a person at anytime..I'm about ready to file a law suit.. Resolution Sought I would like them to pay for the damages they caused in my home..

Company states; On 8/10/23, our plumbers visited Ms. Danate's single bathroom home after reports of an extremely clogged toilet. When our plumbers arrived Ms. Donate's daughter was home. Our plumbers spoke to Ms., Donate on the phone and quoted to pull and reset the toilet as client reportedly already snaked the line with no success, so the assumption was that a foreign object was blocking the toilet. Ms. Donate chose not to move forward with the quote and our plumbers left the residence. At no time did they touch, flush, or alter the state of the toilet when they were on premise. Plumber's notes from the visit: Arrived at customer's house and troubleshooting the toilet saw that it was clogged. I gave the customer a quote to pull and reset the toilet for $520. There's a possibility there might be a toy in the throat toilet. Customer was not available just a daughter and when I spoke to the mom over the phone, she said that she was going to get a hold of her husband when she could about the financing option to do the job. But for now, she told me to leave till she decides what to do. On 8/11/2023, our plumber again visited Ms. Donate's home to run financing for their repair. During this visit our plumbers did not even enter the residence, and instead stayed on the front porch with Ms., Donate while they ran her credit, unfortunately, Ms. Donate was denied financing, so we again left the site without providing any services. Right Now, will not agree to take any responsibility or liability for a member of Ms. Donate's household clogging their toilet, nor for their decision to flush an already clogged toilet. Have a brand new heat pump and air handler installed in my home in 2020. Went under my house to check out why my air in my vents was running cool when I realized that my insulation had been cut completely down the center of my home and left laying on the ground with air duct completely uninsulated and not sealed off with metal tape or anything. Called business to have them come inspect it first technician said they would not go under the house because he was scared of spiders. That was in August of 2022 and then was reassured there would be no charge for the service call. Then two months later received a bill in the mail for $49 for a service call with a forged signature on the line. I never signed or agreed to any such charge and was reassured there would be none. Then this month in December I called the company again after I realized there was 2 in gaps between the ductwork and the furnace they installed. This was following a large amount of cold air blowing through the duck in the middle of winter. When the technician arrived he agreed with me that the insulation has been cut and removed from its proper spot and that there was indeed a gap in the ductwork. He took some pictures and initiated contact with his boss who told him it would be $181 charge for the repair that should have not been an issue to begin with had they not cut the insulation away from the ductwork. I refused to accept the charge and nothing was done to fix the problem the technician left with no resolve. Resolution Sought Right now heating and cooling should have waived any charges or fees associated with the damages they created in my home. Should have been fixed.
