Bought a 2015 Ford escape since we bought it 6 months ago the transmission is messing up and a ball bearing is going out and the battery is bad and was told the car fax was included and wasn't and they are evasive on pricing till you sign gas mileage is poor and I had them supposed to look at the transmission and they kept it for a week and never touched it and gave several excuses why Resolution Sought Fix the ball-bearing and put a good battery in it and fix transmission and not keep it for a week im paying 23 thousand for it

I was falsely signed to purchase a vehicle in my name. I filed with the BBB. I have filed now as of late with BCA. The Civil rights branch is looking into it as we speak. I went along with my son for him to make an automotive purchase. Instead of leaving an option to go elsewhere if we did not like the deal they lied and finagled the purchase through in my name. We specified that we did not want anything to negatively affect me to. When we questioned the forms they simply shrugged it off and chuckled and said it did not matter. I spoke with them in the office and called their headquarters to have them yell at me and hang up. I asked did they do this because I am black? Now My credit is soo far stretched with being the purchaser that I can not get my roof fixed. I am a travel nurse and need to purchase my own car but I have this car in my name. Resolution Sought Contact them to get them to resend to Ally bank correctly, or take the car back and give us back our money. It was a fraudulent sale.
