I purchased a vehicle from rightway auto november19th 2021 had them hold the vehicle to have it checked for 2 days i went got vehicle they told me it was checked n fine called in the same week cause i noticed it was having acceleration issues i was told to give it a few days cause the vehicle hadn't been drove in a while n if it didn't change they'd have me take it into their auto shop a few days came n went n i told them i don't want to take it in i want a new vehicle or my money back because i asked them prior to paying my money to check it n i was told it was good they told me neither was possible anyways on january the 6th 2022 i was on my way to work n almost got trampled by a semi because as I'm accelerating the car starts decelerating i called rightway n the guy was rude (nick) now I'm without transportation i have a disabled child who needs frequent Dr's appts,work and my other children has school n they won't refund nor switch car out their telling me i have to wait til vehicle is repaired to even trade it please help .i looked up reviews n i read where this company has done this several time to different people over multiple years. Resolution Sought Money back or a new car now that really doesn't have issues
