In the mobile home park which I live it's always been a standing agreement that water sewage and trash is included in our lot rent. Last Friday July 9th we got a notice stating that the property manager was going to be putting in individual meters to sub meter us from the city utilities. It's a violation of our contract and agreement. Also our property manager by law since she runs a mobile home park has to be a licensed realtor, and she is not. These complaints need to be taken care of as soon as possible. Many homeowners are suffering at the hands of this property Management group and just write communities out of Chicago Illinois Resolution Sought Require the property Management group to continue with the agreement going forth or come up with a new agreement and hand out to see if people agree with it or not.
