They are supposed to replace a camera under warranty and are giving the run around saying they don't have one available like I had. It has been since January and we are now in March with no solution other than a different color camera. I have white because they blend in and are not obvious. Resolution Sought Replace it with a new camera and not a refurbished one and be held accountable for poor customer service.

Have 6 RING devices. My floodlight bulbs have burned out. Rather than replace RING claims my warranty expired in 2020. 1 year warranty on bulbs cannot replace? Sounds like fraud considering they advertise bulbs last 22 years. Want my floodlight replaced. Resolution Sought Replace my floodlight as the bulbs burned out and are not replaceable. RING claims bulbs last 22 years.
