What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. If we determine, in our sole judgment, that a review may not be genuine, that is, it may not have been posted by a customer, we will remove it. The experience with BCA was excellent. If it wasn't for them I might still be waiting for a $359 refund owed to me from Ring.

I will not give positive feedback to RING for poor customer service in the handling of my $359 refund. If it wasn't for me reaching out to BBB & BCA helping me I would still be waiting for my refund. After I filed a complaint is when Ring started calling me & e-mailing me over this. COVID-19 cannot be used as an excuse for having to wait almost 2 months for a refund. What should be blamed is bad company policy by RING for making customers wait so long. I do applaud BCA for all the help.
