I had ring planet for my home line phone service because I wanted a cheaper phone line service plan but they're service was poor connection so I tried to get them to give me a transfer PIN number so that I could use my old phone number to transfer my phone number to another phone company and they refused to give me a transfer PIN number. Ring Planet is a scam and they prey on older customers they say they are with AT&T and they're not I need help solving this issue. Resolution Sought Have them to transfer me home phone number and give me a transfer PIN number so that I can keep my phone number that I've had for over 30yrs

Talk to them on the 6th to set up new service on the 8th after receiving their box in the mail Friday the 8th they have my service shut off at Verizon but did not turn my service on all weekend I have a special needs child in the house after my service was shut off my internet went off also they assured me that my internet would stay on they also told me they do not have internet service all weekend I had no phone service had no way of getting in touch with them until Monday when I called I was number 15 in line waited on the phone to be hung up on three times because she felt as if I was not talking to her the right way then I told her I did not want their service she then told me I would lose my phone number and hung up I had to go to spectrum to get my internet service and my phone service which the phone will not be turned on until Tuesday the 12th they are very unprofessional they do not hold up to what they say as far as the phone being turned on when one service is shut off she was very rude and nasty she told me if I did not take their service that I would lose my number. Resolution Sought I would like to be able to get the same number back that I've had for a very long time.
