Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I have automatic payments set up with this company. They sent a notification action that payment was returned. This is incorrect. There was money in the bank plus I get a direct deposit from my working the day before the payments are due. No record of returned payment. They stopped withdrawing payments on their own. No bank info had changed and they sent a letter saying payment is 31 days past due. I have reached out by email asking for a response. They jeep sending options for reduce payment of paid off. I think this is a scam by them to cause issues or trick people out of money. I replied since they had falsified this info for them to give me a reduced pay off on a monthly bases. They have never responded. Then sent me a letter. Resolution Sought I would like them to remove the false claim payment was late when they never attempted to make the withdrawal or drew from another person's account and due to this resolve by as stated above offer reduced pay off at allow monthly rate.

I had a loan with Rise Credit. I requested a payoff amount, for which they responded via statement of an amount of $3,314.02, which I still have documentation of. They received a check within 7 days for $3,314.02 from me. Paid in full. Now they say I owe an additional $100 in principal & $50 in interest. They continue to charge me $ when I paid the loan off in full per their payoff request. They are very shady & use questionable reasoning for wanting additional money! I will never do business with them again! Resolution Sought I would like acknowledgement that the loan has been paid in full per their own statement amount and the additional $150 to be cancelled. If not then I just want a warning to potential customers if this business. Thank you.
