I have put in a maintenance request. I have mold and electrical problems in two rooms my son has sickle cell and my daughter has cerebral palsy and cannot live in these conditions. I call they are very rude and they send me to the maintenance department they never answer the phone left several messages and never call back Resolution Sought Come out and fix problems in the home so we will not get sick

This maintenance request was resolved on April 26. We take our maintenance request seriously, and do not ignore our tenants. We have a website in which tenants are supposed to enter maintenance tickets. It looks like on this issue the correct steps were not taken from the tenant.
