I hired him to cut some trees down and stump grind stumps, and take branches away, he cut 2 trees down trimmed other one which is fine but left a bunch of the big logs laying, stump ground 1 out of 3 stumps and left his mess laying everywhere and left a bunch of the branches he was going to take then tells me its 400.00 extra dollars cause he cut one little tree down, i payed him 3000.00 cash and he never came back to finish job have texted and emailed numerous times tells me he will send his guys out but this has been going on for over 3 months. Resolution Sought He comes back and does his job or he gives ne 1500.00, so i can get someone else to finish his job at this point I'm more opting for the 1500.00 back or I'm thinking about taking him to small claims court.
