I am suffering from my pharmacist ignoring my refills, I never had an issue using this pharmacy for 25 yrs. I can't even get a notification. I have important meds to take . I have a well balanced plan with the doctors. I am waiting to get a refill with my gabapentin. I received no notification. We are on the 8 day . Nothing has changed on my end to leaded to this disconnect of the pharmacy and myself. Rite aide pharmacy on 1080 Wolcott street in Waterbury. I am only getting sicker knowing I can't get my meds. Resolution Sought Please get my meds I get back on track. Rite aid in the passed always helped me with all my needs. 100 percent. I don't know what went wrong !! Thank you

I purchase 3 money orders in the amount of 1126. 1($500) 1 ($500) and 1(126). You can imagine my surprise when I realize Rite Aid cancel 2 of the 3 money orders. When I contacted Rite Aid I was told the cashier draw was short $1000.00 so they cancel my money orders. They stated that after reviewing a video the cashier gave me my money back along with the money orders, (how stupid do that sound) so the cancel the money. Now this is far from the truth. I question them. If the cashier gave me my money back the draw should be short 1126 if she gave me ALL of my money. I been dealing with this since 11-14-22. No one will return my calls or email. I am not sure what to do at this point. My last called was 11-29 and I am still waiting for return call from the District Manager Mr. Nada. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Resolution Sought I would like the return of my money $ 1000.00.
