I had a guest park at my apartments for a short time, and I forgot to give her a parking pass. This was not a random person parking at my apartments, this was a guest of mine. River City Recovery charged us $450, and they would only accept cash. Not only this, but they didn't have change even though they do cash only. If you look at the online reviews for this place, this is a recurring theme with this company. They are dishonest thieves that take advantage of people. I tried to call to discuss the fee and they threatened to raise the price. We were severely overcharged by these sketch people. Please do something about this. This shady place should not be in business. Resolution Sought Reimburse me.
