I have a copy of a receipt that states it is a valid form of ID and they are refusing a tobacco sale

I am waiting for a replacement identification in the mail. I have a copy of a receipt that states it is a valid form of ID and they are refusing a tobacco sale. Make them follow the law and accept it when it says it's a valid form of ID
