Have a issue with our 2020 Sorento. Took it in for service explain to the tech what was going on. Rattling noise and jerking. The so called put it on a machine and test drove it . Told us nothing was wrong with it charged 291 dollars said it needed regular maintenance. When leaving the dealership it was Rattling and jerking They never scanned the vehicle for codes. I had it scanned myself and showing a P0741 code. Resolution Sought Refund my money. Stop ripping off customers that purchase vehicles from them.
