Rivers auto sales is trying to charge me over $1000 to get my personal belongings out of the vehicle. That's against the law. Resolution Sought All my belongings returned to me free of charge and rivers auto sales closed down because they do this to everyone.

Mr. Jeffries vehicle was repossessed on 6/17/2021. We sent him a certified notice, advising him per GA Law; his personal property will be held for 30 days. He has through 7/17/2021 to retrieve his personal belongings. Pursuant to our contract with Mr. Jeffries, there is a $65 cleanout fee and the key is to be returned, to clean out his personal property. Not sure where the $1000+ amount is coming from.
