I would like to bring to your attention an issue that I experienced with Riverside Medical Group. I paid my bill regularly with this practice. On July first I paid the balance off in full. (I received a receipt from my Debit card and a confirmation number for my phone payment). Unfortunately, despite the bill being paid in full, Riverside Medical Group still put this in collections. I called the office and explained the situation. The girl stated, "Sometimes, that happens". In closing, I hope you can help me rectify this situation. Resolution Sought I want Riverside to fix this with my creditors.
