I took my trailer for a brake and lamp inspection to Riverside TIRE EMPIRE.Guy came out when he saw he told me $200 and an hour gonna be ready. We said yes guy told us to take the trailer inside the yard. We went to the waiting room arrived the boss so he ask for me all the paperwork for trailer he ask me to sign his phone he did not say anything. After like 45 min when the guys finished the trailer he said has a little problem he check all the trailer he said lamp is OK brake is OK but he find the tires is not good so we have to replace it . The guys offer us for $95 for an other tires what should be ok or he said take it buy a new one and bring it back an they will charge an extra $110 for inspection for the tire is ok and after they can give us the certificate for brake. I asked for the boss in the office he was running everywhere nobody was in the office for 10 min just a little girl / approximately 4 years old/walked out from the back door and she was alone grabbing few papers walking in the office area probably looking for parents. Finally the boss came in the office he let the girl inside this back door / this time mom was outside with the other customer/ and I asked the owner what's the problem he told me the same what the workers said I asked him to show me the papers or the list what he has to check for brake inspection he told me he doesn't have to . He ask me to pay I told him everything is OK with the trailer also tires so don't talk nonsense. He told me to p Resolution Sought I want to get back my money what I paid $200 and extra $100 for because I had to go there 3 times for nothing.
