We were promised fiber internet when we bought our house only to be told now 2yrs later we aren't going to get fiber because we already have high-speed internet when all well have is 6meg of internet that we barely even get 2 megs if we are lucky. I work from home with extreme lag and nobody can do anything hardly online due to the crappy service. We pay $85 for 6meg internet that again we barely even 2megs out of. We have never seen it go above 3megs. It's ridiculous and we have called tons and tons of times to complain and have a tech come out for nothing to get done. They are a horrible company. Resolution Sought To fix the internet and give us fiber as promised 2 yrs ago or at least the 6meg we were told. To get what we pay for or be compensated for how poorly their service and techs are.
