Rizzo Air Duct Cleaning complaints

02/4/2022 I called Sears and asked to check the dryer when an employee came checked , he said that it was necessary to clean the vent I called to Rizzo Air Duct Cleaning and made appointment for February 9 When the employee came he said that he would do everything within an hour when he finished he said everything works 02/10/2022 When we washed and started drying the dryer worked for 2 hours and everything remained wet wet and water appears inside 02/11/2022 The following day we called the company and explained everything and asked to fix or return the money They told us they would come and they will be fixed on Monday 02/14/2022 But no one came on Monday and we called 5 tames on different phones and were told that they would come at9am 11am 5pm 7pm 9pm That's it over 02/15/2022 The next day we called another company (green cleaning) 02/16/2022 on Wednesday try came and did everything within 2 hours When I told the employee that an employee of another company was here he said that employee had not cleaned the vent to the end and violated something in the dryer I attach all the documents and would to get the money back Resolution Sought Give me a refund
