Yes I bought a vehicle from these people and I asked them as the brakes were bad if there was any problems told them that I was on disability that. I needed it for treatments to go back-and-forth the sagon hall and they straight up lied to me. I got the car looked at. It's? Not been a month. And the. Car? Needs $2000 worth of work. It's the timing chain is bad the brakes around our bed. The manifold exhaust is bad. I need to do an oil change which I've done and the transmission fluid is black on black not red and that needs to be flushed right away. That's why it's not shifting right and there's a lot of problems with this car and they straight up lied to me and I don't know. What I have or what I need to do. But I'm looking for advice and legal representation. Thank you Stephanie. Resolution Sought Help me I cannot afford to fix this car and pay for it and these guys were very dishonest and they are doing this to people in my town. And they need to be stopped. They're taking advantage of the poor and the people that can't afford to buy a car from a real dealer. They are dealers they have a license they said and they are lying straight up lying So I would like help and advice to know what my next move is and what to do. I cannot physically afford to fix the car pay for the car

Company states; We've received the report and from what I see..she is trying to get away without paying for this car,claiming she bought the car for 7,200.00 when in fact she didn't put nothing down or made any payments at all and claiming this and that is wrong with the car if there were so many things wrong with car she should bring it back, but no she's gotta cause trouble and make us look bad. We've sold many cars and not one buyer has complained nor came to us with problems, she's the only one doing this because things just aren't going her way, so we have plans on redoing this car and she won't know because it illegal for her to drive the isn't even registered for that car....thank you.

I do have the bill of sale saying my first payment is due on the third of july yet It hasn't even been thirty days Ever they applied for the registration and my name. So if they took through my, the registration out of my name, that was illegal? Because I have the Bella sale and the registration where they forwarded it to my name. I don't understand why they're not following with what they gave me in paperwork This is so ridiculous I need your help business bureau They're trying to be crooked right now by lying out of their teeth. I need your help so these people will sell a decent car.

UPDATED 7/3/23: Well here it is she did not pay for the car she did not put money down for the car she wanted us to feel sorry for her because she's on disability and has to go back and forth to Saginaw Michigan for some sort of treatment so we gave in to her lies and had test drive a few car first car was a2009 ford flex she liked but the speedometer was working and we fixed that then she test drove the equinox and she loved she said it drives,steers and brakes, shifts good and off she goes we told she need 1200 dollars and she said OK we also informed her that the payment from her insurance was to pay off the 2012 buick lacrosse and she thought that money was coming to her, which it came to us so I think she is upset about that, this woman is dishonest and disrespectful last time she called she yelled and scream about sueing R.J.A which you can't sue if you signed a AS IS NO WARRANTY CONTRACT ---------------------------- Company states; Nobody took her name off anything we just didn't send it in until she made a payment plus 1,200.00 dollars for doing all the transfer work but instead she wants to cause trouble and make us look bad sadly we are gonna repo her so it's her lose.
