Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Took a $200 deposit, emailed me proof of payment. Did not receive, or install or refund me my products or money. The owner Rob Cacciola has done this to numerous people as well. I have proof of payment, texts & footage of him receiving the money. Politely just want a refund as i was promised. Resolution Sought Return my refund.
