Hired them to fix a truck. We were told that the guarantee there work and if it broke done they would have it towed. After getting the truck back it broke down. They refused to look at the truck or have it towed. They even refused to let us have it towed to there shop. Had another shop look at it. Was told he skip a step on the timing and the hole job has to be redone. Resolution Sought Since the job has to be redone and that they refused to look at it I would like a full refund.

I need much more info. Need to know which step was missed on timing. Also timing wasn't the whole job. The engine had a broken valve spring and bent valves. Much deeper than just timing.

They took my money and then refused to look at it or want anything to do with the vehicle after it broke down. They kept dragging it out stating that they had to many cars I had to have it towed to my house.

Since I didn't get information about what step was missed I cannot determine a value of what was done. There is a lot of things that can fail and it could have been something unrelated to my repair. No refund without verification.
