Upon looking for an engine for my Chevrolet Malibu, I came across The Engine from RMC motors and before purchasing The Engine I reached out to who I was speaking to on eBay and I asked was The Engine gonna be compatible with my car I gave the VIN number and I received a confirmation that it will be compatible with my car afterwards I receive a message from the eBay merchant asking about address which I provided them with a residential address
Which was false because i ended up calling same company to return the item they used to ship it, which you could use a residential address upon his message. He was very rude and then he claimed that he shipped out the item on a certain date and then when I checked in on the item the item he then came and said that it was another employee that said that which was false. He was the only one I was messaging back-and-forth, and the item got shipped out a week after the fact. I received the item. I was then notified by the person who was supposed to fix my vehicle that it was not compatible which meant it was unusable. I immediately message the guy and let him know that it's not compatible after you created false advertisement that it was. He reached back out and said please return it on the pallet.
