Constant Harassment, changing the due date so the payments appear late. I paid a monthly payment of $192 then two weeks later I paid $140 and still received an annoying text stating I was late. My balance fluctuates constantly and there is always a lying excuse. Resolution Sought Review their policy check the what the true balance on my account is and stop the harassing phone calls and randomly showing up if your two days late.
