Getting my tires done and afterwards the person said to me , " that just because you got them installed here doesn't mean we fix them here " in a rude manner. They are brand new tires with a warranty. Spent over 600 dollars on them and was told they would install them with balance and alignment. But I have never had such ignorance from anyone till just today. Uncalled and rude! Resolution Sought Speak kindly and take the initiative to find out how the warranty works and where I can go about getting my tires fixed/replaced when and if that time comes. Just because they put new tires on does not mean for them to be a-holes toward the customer who asks and is paying for them to do their jobs.
