Our tires were under warranty and when we took our vehicle in for tires to be replaced service man said we need alot of expensive work done before replacing so we took our vehicle to a shop to have repairs done which turns out what they said were wrong wasn't wrong then after several appointments getting to their shop being turned away to numerous reasons on 4th appointment another 80 dollars was tacked on for "PROTCOL REASONS" . Very unsatisfactory and unprofessional business Resolution Sought To acknowledge their wrong doing and unprofessional attitudes and refund at least partially the amount for the several extra miles put on the no good tires
