During the installation process of new tires we purchased from "RNR Tire Express", my driver side rear lug nut was broke by an R&R employee. The lug nut did not have enough material left to remove with basic tire removal tools. They said they wasn't responsible for damages. I have yet to be able to take my wheel off my vehicle. The tire on it is very thin. The three new tires they installed we're not balanced properly and the truck shakes when going approximately 60 mph. Resolution Sought I want the lug nut removed and the stud replaced. I need my tires balanced, along with my fourth new tire installed on my rim and truck.
