RNR has contacted me multiples times about payment when my card was only locked when they tried to take it. I also mentioned to them that hours were reduced at work causing me only to work 8 hours a week and they still did not care. I was told they would work with me and then I told them my payday date and they told me it was nothing they could do for me after saying they would work with me. I also only had 400 and something left to pay on my payment total with them and now they're telling me it's around 900-1000 left. Resolution Sought New payment plan and stop harassing.

The customer entered into a legally binding contract with RnR Tire Express of Texarkana, TX on 7/26/24. This contract is on a 78 week/18 month agreement with a six months same as cash option. Attached is the "Schedule of Payments" sheet that shows each payment and balance up to and once past the sixth months same as cash option. This is a lease to own transaction. If the customer cannot pay, they simply return the product on lease and are normally notes as in good standing. This customer has been helped with the payment on 3 separate occasions and has been delinquent 19 times during the course of the contract. We request the customer return the product of they cannot pay per contract.
